써리 대학교 ( Surrey university )는 영국 잉글랜드 남동부 서리 카운티(Surrey county)의 카운티타운(county town) 길퍼드(Guildford)에 있는 공립 종합대학교 입니다. 써리 대학은 MBA 협회의 회원이며 University Global Partnership Network 의 4 개 대학교 중 하나이기도 합니다.
2011년 기준 50여
개 부문에서 학사학위 프로그램을 진행 중이며 대학원 과정에서는 생물학을 비롯해 의과학, 독물학, 번역학, 국제정치학, 의료물리학 등 62개 분야에서 석사와 박사학위
과정을 개설해놓고 있습니다. 특히 식품과학, 여행, 호스피탤리티, 전기공학, 사회학, 항공공학, 기계공학 분야는 특히 영국 내에서 1~4위로 평가되고 있습니다. 2011년 <타임스>가 실시한 대학평가에서 영국 내 29위, <가디언> 평가에서 19위, <선데이타임스> 평가에서 21위를 각각 차지하였고. 3 개의 Queen 's Anniversary
Prize를 수상했습니다.
영국 대학 중에서 가장 높은 취업률을 기록하고 있는 학교로, 졸업 후 6개월 이내 취업 및 진학률이 약 97%로 조사되었습니다.
